Full-time Management Program

The Full-time Management Program is for the owner who wants to remain anonymous or “hands-off” we will handle everything for you. We move them in, do a 90 day inspection and thereafter annual inspections, we will collect the rents, handle all the maintenance issues all for a small percentage of the monthly rent.

Placement Program

The Placement Program is for the owner who wants to stay involved with the property. With the Placement Program, Deschutes Property Management does the following:

• Advertise the home
• Personal showings
• Application screening
• Pre-move in inspection
• Document signing

Once they have signed all the proper lease forms we turn everything over to you; all for a one-time fee.
