Resident's 30-Day Notice to Vacate

A forwarding address is my responsibilityI/We understand it is my responsibility to provide a forwarding address. For multiple tenants, deposits are returned less deductions to all tenants listed on the current lease in one check unless prior written arrangements have been made with Deschutes Property Management.

The home may be shown before I leaveI/We understand the premises may be shown at reasonable times before the vacate date after the landlord gives appropriate notice to enter.

Rent accrues until the keys are backI/We understand rent continues to accrue until keys are returned or the 30-day notice ends, whichever occurs last. Deposits may not be used for rent payments.

Roommate to Vacate Notice

Resident’s Addendum for "Roommate Only" to Vacate

Use this when one roommate is moving out and the others are staying. All tenants fill out their part below.

What you are agreeing to

I, the undersigned vacating roommate, give notice that I will vacate on the date below and relinquish all claims to the security deposit for this tenancy.
By signing, the remaining roommates release me from rent, fees, or damages that accrue after my move-out date. I remain responsible for amounts owed through that date.
Any deposit arrangements between roommates are handled between the tenants, not by Deschutes Property Management.
This notice does not change the lease. The remaining tenants stay responsible under it, and any lease update or replacement roommate requires Deschutes Property Management approval.
