Your property manager will walk you through the details of all of our services and discuss which areas can be customized to fit your needs.  All for a small percentage of the monthly rent.

The Placement Program is for the owner who feels comfortable with the monthly responsibilities of being a landlord, they just want some help getting started! With the placement program, we will help you secure a qualified tenant with all the most current lease paperwork. With advertising, application screening, pre-move in inspection, and lease signing all for a one time fee, you will have all the tools you need to begin a successful landlord tenant relationship.
