We use Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page performance and masked interaction patterns. Clarity is configured to mask all page text, operate without analytics or advertising cookies, and stop recording before the operator console or private review links are displayed. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to help us host the site, analyze usage, deliver maps, and manage rental and resident services. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@rentingoregon.com. Our messaging program follows CTIA guidelines. We use the information you provide only to deliver the service, and we do not share or sell it.

California privacy rights (CCPA)

This section supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California. It describes the categories of personal information we collect and the rights available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Over the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number, and address: collected.
• Personal information under the California Customer Records statute: collected.
• Commercial information: collected.
• Internet or other network activity, such as browsing and usage data: collected.
• Protected classification characteristics, biometric information, geolocation data, sensory data, professional or employment information, education information, and inferences: not collected.

We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, the right to request deletion of their personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will confirm and deliver the required information, free of charge, within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
